1. CLASSIFICATION OF PANEL SHEET USED IN PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY
Classification of Sandwich Panels :
Panel panels are usually classified by materials such as: Magnesium Oxide Panel, Mineral Cotton Panel, Polystyrene Foam Panel, Paper Honeycomb Panel and Aluminum Honeycomb. But materials such as paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb and polystyrene foam panels are not accepted because they cannot comply with fire protection regulations. The use of Panels with good heat transfer ability will cause the temperature on the other side of the Panel to quickly exceed 300 ℃, not meeting the requirements for fire protection. However, in some areas, polystyrene panels with flame retardants may be used.
Classification of panel production methods:
Panel will be produced in two ways: manual production and industrial production. Currently, most manual panels have the same durability as industrial machine-made panels. However, the mineral wool panel must be made by hand because when made by machine, it will not keep the durability. Handmade panels will often cost more than machine-made panels, but the quality of handmade panels is always guaranteed.
2. SELECTION OF PANEL FOR PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY
Nowadays, pharmaceutical companies often choose magnesium oxide panel to build factories because this material has high strength and fire resistance. However, for areas with cold climates, poor heating in the factory will cause poor heat retention, especially in the ceiling, where condensation will occur. Some poor quality Panels may peel off from the ceiling or walls.
Companies that want to save costs can also apply the following solutions: corridors, main pedestrian walkways, emergency exits, explosive areas, use magnesium oxide panels. Other areas can use cheaper panels but will still ensure the necessary safety. This will help pharmaceutical enterprises save costs when building clean rooms with panels.
3. METHODS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PHARMACEUTICAL CLEAN ROOM PANEL
Some notes when constructing pharmaceutical clean room panels.
1. Before installation, it is necessary to clean the air duct, the location in the filter area and remove all the items that are not related to the construction of the clean room.
2. The construction contractor will draw specific sub-designs based on the main design drawings. Contents including panel ceiling layout drawing, panel wall layout drawing, related diagrams and technical specifications are confirmed by both parties according to actual requirements.
3. When the panel is shipped out of the factory, protective measures such as proper packaging and handling should be taken with care to avoid damage to the surface layer during transportation. The place to store panels and other accessories must be dry, clean, flat and firmly placed, should be wrapped and protected around the place of management if possible. The stacking of panels must be neat and uniform, the stacking height should not exceed 2.0 meters.
4. After the panel is delivered to the site, it is necessary to issue a certificate of product standardization and related documents, complete the inspection procedures. Panel surface must not have scratches, geometrical dimensions meet the requirements of design drawings. If there are scratches, the contractor will carry out technical treatment after removing the protective film.
5. Do not tear off the plastic protective film on the surface of the panel panels during installation, and do not bump or step on their surface. Accessories and various materials must be rigorously tested for specifications, performance and integrity. Also, it is strictly forbidden to use unqualified or damaged accessories.
6. All installation openings in clean room area must be sealed with silicone sealant, before gluing, installation openings must be cleaned strictly to remove impurities and oil stains ensure that The adhesive is thick, preventing it from falling off and accumulating dust. The surface of the silicone sealant should be smooth and free of wrinkles.
7. The work after completion should be cleaned daily to keep the work durable.
Installation and construction of pharmaceutical clean room panels
Panel installation should be done after the basic clean room construction is completed, the main parts such as ventilation system, electrical system are almost complete. During the installation process, the cutter and all kinds of machinery, installation accessories, construction ground need to be cleaned and wiped clean at any time. According to the installation sequence, it is necessary to install the wall before installing the ceiling.

– Set a straight line according to the layout diagram of the panel partition. The corners of the walls should be connected vertically, and the diagonal error of the laid out room should be less than 1%.
– Clean the premises according to the standards to ensure that there is no dust.
– The verticality of the wall panel installation must be corrected by the vertical magnetic field line, and the deviation should not be more than 1%. To avoid error build-up causing tilting and twisting of the wall panel, the clearance between these panels should be strictly controlled within 2.5mm between the top and bottom faces to be kept even.
– When welding aluminum arc inside the corners formed by the connection between the wall and the ceiling it is pre-cleaned. Corners created by walls and ceilings must be sealed with construction glue.
– Construction departments must cooperate with each other to determine the opening size and location of the switch socket.
Construction of pharmaceutical clean room panel ceiling
– During the installation process, first determine the connection and fixation position of three-dimensional member structures such as suspension beams, anchors, roof beams to be lifted and reinforced lifting points according to the secondary design layout drawings, as follows:
• The hanging slopes are 1.2m arranged vertically and horizontally.
• Roof beams are fixed with φ10mm wire expansion screws inside, the other end of the rib is linked with galvanized sleeve bolts and a specialized galvanized concealed hanging beam to adjust the flatness of the roof.
– It is recommended to install the ceiling in the direction of the room, the gap should only be maintained in about 2-3mm and the top surface should be connected to the sunken beams with 0.5m rivets to link each other firmly.
– In addition to hanging beams in width, it is necessary to increase the length and use specialized C-shaped steel to strengthen the suspension beams and corrugated iron roofs connected by pigeon-tail screws, and then the wire hanger ribs will be used for lifting.
– After completing the ceiling panel construction, the next work must implement protective measures for ceiling construction and prohibit large-scale processing and production on ceiling panels.
